I don't think its that odd or "WOW that's fucked up". Microsoft had a clearly better showing of games at E3 for exclusives, the multi platform games will be identical to both systems, game will come and go.

I've never met anyone that has gone from 360 to PS3 and been happy. My friends all had PS2s and went to 360, some have tried PS3 but came back to 360 for most releases.

I'm fairly certain that pay comment is for Windows and for Phone. The May release that explained the Live server increases said FREE for developers to use. Either way, even if it was pay, it doesn't matter.
