Ummm.... Xbox 1 does that with it's digital games on one console. I think they had multiple consoles but it went out with the online DRM. Plus obviously any physical game on any console you can do this.

Trying to release a console that is primarily used for online gaming that requires internet once a day in a world where we have refrigerators have internet is clearly absurd.
