My first new car: Test drove a car and I loved it - but wanted a different colour. I signed paperwork, made the downpayment and the dealer ordered one (same model / trim level / engine / trans) in the colour I requested. Two weeks later, my car arrived! I picked it up and immediately felt a mechanical problem. That

Good point, but sometimes the color or specific trim you want is not in stock or far away. I recommend test driving local on something that is pretty close.

Or, sue the customer for bringing in a vehicle in such a dangerous condition and endangering the staff member.

It’s not just being loyal to a brand anymore. If you want any of your devices to work with each other or to realize all of hte functionality they offer, you kind of have to stick with one brand.

I don’t know. I can be suede either way.
