In the US, it's possible that having tritium in the manner you describe would likely fall under use regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. It's a hassle to dispose of objects containing tritium.
Ideally, the blurring is not just an overlay added but burned into the video file... Ideally, once complete, YT would trash the original video.
I end keeping them until I can put them into Quicken (I break what I bought down into categories in the Quicken transaction)... which usually happens once every six months when I have absolutely nothing else to do. :(

I find that a lot of non-system programs that want to reboot don't necessarily NEED to reboot to function.
I would not think of doing this... and because I would not think of doing this, I wouldn't think the label is a phone number (not without area code in parenthesis or a +1 in front of number, which wouldn't fit.).
