You're using yourself as anecdotal evidence though without realizing you are not the majority. There is still the niche that will buy the Vita because they want those longer games. But the vast majority who bought into it are now older and either don't have the time, the cash, or don't see a reason to buy a Vita when

Depends. I've been saying the next gen wasn't going to be a big leap in power. Rumors say differently, but I'll stick to my guns until I'm proven wrong.

Could've been done on purpose, considering their game was originally Zombi they could've noticed the U looked similar to an E and put it on there.

Hahaha that 4k TV coming in late 2013 is estimated to cost $10,000.

$250 is perfect price point for a console, $299 not far behind.

That's the issue Sony is having now with the name: PSN was hacked and down for a month. The PS3 was pricey, and the Vita isn't having games announced for it (or doing as well as gamers expected due to variables).

Guys, don't worry.

Their ad campaign should be "Wii U, it's the Wii 2"

Ba dum tsh.

And people doubted the Wii would be successful, though the Vita would trump the 3DS, and I'm sure someone thought Superman 64 was going to be a good game.

My "predictions" (what else could I call them?) are more in tune with what are possibilities. Sony could also be late to the game and launch in 2014 after Wii U's launch this year and Durango's launch next year, and completely be left to pasture. They could see more financial issues in other sections, limiting their

$600 console launch again will destroy them.

One of the big three will not survive. Calling it now. Possibilities:

My reaction would be similar to them, but I typically always find a weapon of sorts in case of zombies (or realistically, someone trying to start something).

Sony likes to talk a lot. I wouldn't put PR talk as anything credible, to be honest.

I close my eyes and hear his deep voice...and think of an old man talking to a 16 year old at a mall. And suddenly the song has a new meaning.

Online identities though have a kind of etiquette procedure set in place. Even if you hate someone, you add them as a "friend" because you see them every day and don't want it to be awkward.

I don't get how things are gimmicks in this industry. I wouldn't call the Kinect or the Move or the Wii remote gimmicks. A gimmick is closer to a trick to get you to buy something, saying "Oh you can have a Wii U- and if you buy it now, I'll throw in this shiny new Zelda statue!" That's a gimmick. The Master Chief

I still don't see it. Sony is trying to save money, they can't release another system that loses money for 5 years. And Microsoft is wanting a piece of that set top box money, which it can't do with an expensive console (and though the 360 will be supported, they can't expect that to last more than a year).

I've been saying the "leap" will be much smaller. Everyone is expecting systems like the PS3 and 360 to drop and be a nonexisting "future proof". Both systems got beat by an underpowered new way to play, and if I recall right it took Sony forever to really make money on the PS3.
