Some of the cars weren’t even present during the incident. Instead of being sure there is another side to the story just accept cops and DA’s break the laws all the time.

pretty sure it’s common for pilots to go down with their planes at airshows when a failure or problem happens as they make it a priority to keep from sending their plane into a crowd of people or a home. He may have simply been trying to mitigate the cars with others safety in mind. RIP.
