It's a youtube video effect you can add to your videos. It keeps his face stable, and in turn makes everything look wobbly from the moving camera.

I like how they have a picture of madden at the menu, and the dude running the ball at first literally just plops down without anything touching him.

You can watch the videos about the football game and see they're clearly doing something fishy.

Me thinks this would be good to use in an ouya commercial.

Really, look at the video, and you'll see they're A LONG way from this game being fully playable.
