That Xbox list has probably actually shrunk. A lot of games originally launched on Xbox One as exclusives such as Dead Rising 3 and Ryse they eventually released on PC.

The problem with TF2's cosmetic system is that it isnt pure cosmetic. Each weapon skin gives certain boosts and some are just so ridiculous that you cant help but hate the system.
The gameboy advanced games were also pretty fun because they were pretty much adventure games.

The advantage over wifi is the range. Wifi degrades the further you are from it and the more walls blocking the path. Two rooms over and the 100 Mbps I can get when standing in the same room as the router becomes 50 Mbps.
