See that all the time here in NYC. Outside McD in the morning, delis during lunch.. its often regular partol cars though.

Question to people that use over a few GB a month: How does it happen? Is it because this is your only means to go online and and you tether while at home? Long commute and end-up watching lots of videos? Run 50+ miles a week and stream audio?

Its a true international city, thanks to the old British empire. Something you dont see in the US. Yes you see Chinese/Mexican neighborhoods but thats about it.

Its a very multi-racial city. I migrant population is very ingrained. And a whole lot of business people have residences there. Its more glamorous than New York/Tokyo.
