I mean no offense to the photographer (I didn't actually click on the link, just saw what was put here.) but if you're going to do a spoof, it may be better to take pictures in a more...oh dear...professional way? They look like snapshots compared to the "inspirations." Great idea though!

I think the greater point is that in a company full of women, still only men (and ALL the men) are at the very top as senior management.

That was my first thought too. I agree that it would probably be a mistake to talk directly to the coworker or her husband, but "there's nothing you can do" seems like terrible advice. And I highly disagree with their implication and an eating disorder is something women can choose to save themselves from!

I don't know about other women but when I'm feeling unattractive would be the worst possible time to market cosmetics to me. I'd think something along the lines of "putting lipstick on a pig" and dismiss it instantly.

I'm confused. According to the commercials I see on TV and ads in magazines, women feel unattractive 100% of the time, and everyone wants to get in on the action.
