why would you drink reduced fat milk? you're not going to drink more than 2 glasses/day and usually the amount will be something about 1/3 glass a day, so you can allow yourself to drink full fat milk :)

somewhat OT but I am very eager to ask: [www.microsoft.com] offers Win7 for 30 pounds. But when I click the buy button it transfers me to new page and there they offer Win7 UPGRADE instead of just Win7 on its own.
