My father had 5 vessel bypass. He has also been diagnosed with emphysema. He felt MUCH better after his surgery, once he recovered. The emphysema keeps him from playing golf, which was his favorite activity, but he is otherwise OK.

Depending on what is getting to me, I will watch my favorite movies over and over again. Something about watching a movie that I first saw when times were happier takes me back and lifts my mood. My dog curled up next to me helps too.
