I often warm up my s2000 because if I don't shifting becomes a real pain with the gear stick popping in and out and whatnot. I'm not the only S2k driver this happens to either.

This happens to me in my S2000 all of the time. If it's not some kid in a civic trying to race me it's a person in a Corolla cutting me off.

They are by far the absolute worse experience I've ever had. I spent 10 hours in line at the San Diego airport trying to fly back from Comic-Con this year just to try to sort things out after they cancelled a 10PM flight to Portland. On the plus side, they gave us a total of 7 dollars to spend between two of us to buy…
