On top of everything else mentioned here, you're only a stone's throw from Laguna Seca and Sears Point. It really is a cool place to live if you're a car person.

Having just moved down from the Portland area, I'd agree that some of those roads can be gorgeous, but a 55MPH speed limit kills the fun.

The Bridge itself is only representative of the views you get on the PCH. :)
