"...or are selfishly interested in what they're talking about." Getting laid is a selfish interest in what they're talking about.

Really? I thought since they started selling it in retail stores they stopped that. Huh. Oh, well; free or not, it doesn't help when I'm as unproductive as I am XD .
Plus, methanol combustion produces 1/4 the CO2 of butane, so...yeah.
So you got...2 out of 5 correct based on name. Congratulations :P .
That's completely—fapfapfap—ridiculous. Just because—fapfapfap—someone makes a connection—fapfapfap—doesn't mean that something like—fapfapfap—"verbal masturbation" actually exists. Don't be fapping ridiculous.
If you pay attention to any conversation, you'll notice that unless someone has a serious problem that's being considered, everyone (and I mean everyone, myself included) will usually try to steer the conversation back toward him/herself. Even in small cases, like when someone talks about something they did that day,…
That's what I figured. Like we need more CO2 in the atmosphere just to keep our phones charged when we're most likely going to plug them in at night anyway.
I didn't mean heat. I meant the chemical byproducts.
Butane...does this mean it's burning the fuel and releasing the byproducts? Or is it somehow a clean burn?
Hm. Disappointing. Although I have to disagree with your assertion that "they can barely run 4 well". My iPod Touch 2G has been running 4.2 since it was released and has never had a problem. I realize this is a serious sampling bias, but...yeah.
That landscape orientation image looks like it has a cringe-worthy amount of torque on it. Isn't the center of gravity somewhere past the end of the dock?
They should. But the dangers of a car accident are minimal compared to the dangers of a self-aware Skynet car taking over while its master is unconscious.
Within the decade? So when my 5-year-old nephew is just starting to drive, he won't need to drive anymore? Cools.
It's not a net loss. It's an industry shift. Every time new technology arises, there's some kind of industry shift. In this case, it's a shift away from the drivers and towards AI programmers, hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, automotive engineers with more computer skills, etc. Like when the computer first…
Redundancy? If one person falls asleep, there's another there to watch over the robot so it doesn't go all Skynet on us?
You do realize that "manual" cars can be hacked already, right? Computers have controlled cars for a long time now; just because they required input to go, stop, and turn doesn't mean you can't hack them.
In case one falls asleep?
They could...but as a writer, having someone push you toward an idea that favors them is kind of annoying. I'm glad the consultants didn't try that, to be honest.
Yes, I know that. My point, though, is that since it's known that many devs don't bother focusing on backwards-compatibility, why are the OS upgrades limited to newer devices? Is the hardware in the 3G really so different that iOS 5.x can't even run on a 2G?
As far as I know, her phone is not TTY compatible. I know she looked into it, but she never got the attachment, so I don't think it worked with her phone. And again, it's a "dumb" phone, so it can't use any apps.
