Actually, this article is reporting a reflection of what dudes really DO find attractive. If you want to pretend that we don't so that the less-fortunate-looking ladies out there feel like they have an equal shot at a quality dude, fine . . . but that's just kind of cruel.

No dude is not going to date a woman he finds attractive because of peer pressure. Lindy is making the mistake of thinking that men get their attraction cues from such mainstream publications, but the fact is they form them on their own. I didn't need Men's Health to tell me I like big boobs. No, really.

Breadwinning isn't ridiculous. If a wife makes more than her husband consistently, then it diminishes him as a provider in both their eyes, no matter how much she protests that it doesn't matter. Those sorts of marriages have a higher divorce rate than the converse. Eventually the wife stops seeing the husband as

Laugh if you want, but it's coming. The Japanese will have a fully-functioning programmable girlfriend that will be lifelike enough to pass for human ten feet away within the next decade, at a minimum. They are the leaders in male masturbation technology, and the demand is huge. Starter models will go for around

Once again, Lindy, you're projecting your own insecurities on everyone else. Despite all of your angst, the fact remains that men prefer attractive, effeminate women. Pointing to the tiny minority of heterosexual dudes whose might get a boner over "the Littlest Angels" as evidence that men don't have to be

LOL! I foresee a long, lonely life for you filled with cats.

What a profound rationalization. Why don't you have another burger while I ponder that?

Don't treat me like this and ask for my vote. It's disrespectful.

Nah. We did that for decades, and then in the 1960s ya'll started treating men with rampant disrespect. You want respect? Our fathers taught us that.

Heh. Why do you think marriage rates have declined among men over the last decade? We're not doing that crap anymore. As soon as real male birth control becomes a reality, that won't be NEARLY the problem it was.

Guess you don't know very many men.

Actually, crappy, condescending "appeals" to men like this are the first thing making me consider NOT voting for Obama. That's not to say I'll vote for Romney — probably — but this article was insulting and derogatory toward men, demonstrating an utter lack of respect for masculine issues and values. I like Obama.

You are exactly right. They treat us like dirt constantly, and then when they want something from us they use shame to get it. You want male votes, start treating men with respect. The attitude here and at HuffPo and other liberal institutions is so anti-male that they've managed to alienate their potential allies.

Listen Up Women:

This is funny:

"I am not looking to "attract a man." I am just trying to do my stuff and then maybe meet a person who likes me because I am also a person."

I fear for your daughters, too. Once they "leave the nest" and consider becoming mothers (which usually, but not always, involves a man) they're going to run into this reality like it's a brick wall. But if you aren't interested in grandchildren...way to go.

"I am not looking to "attract a man." I am just trying to do my stuff and then maybe meet a person who likes me because I am also a person."

Wow, you remembered one line out of thousands about me. I'm honored.

But if men are offended by something, is that not also offensive? Say the rudeness and the disrespect shown to masculinity by most feminists? Or hypergamous divorce? How are they not sexist . . . and offensive?
