If you don't have Dragon's Dogma already it's more than worth it. If you do then yeah, probably wait till it hits $20.

Dark Arisen's been at that price for at least the last week... I know because I bought it a week ago! Amazing game so far, way underrated. I didn't play the original Dragon's Dogma but I guess Dark Arisen has a lot of little improvements that make it a much more fluid experience, so if you heard bad things about it…
