no, that’s just how voice acting works. you pick women to voice children because it’s easier for them to do the voice of a child. Goku is no longer a child (even though he still sometimes acts like one) so an adult male voice actor is better suited for him. this applies regardless of language spoken.

honestly they really should have replaced Goku’s voice actor with a man for Dragon Ball Z. Masako Nozawa’s high pitched voice really doesn’t suit adult Goku very well.

Tbf, the Vita remains pretty popular in Japan. If you speak Japanese, there are a lot of Japan only games (history themed strategy games, etc.) that give you a much better library than is available in English.
