Good to see some Warframe love on Kotaku. The game evolved A LOT since beta and, despite many ongoing problems, it’s still a pretty fun and great game.

I have a serious case of schadenfreude concerning this game.

Well, y’see, it IS actually completely different than stealing. A plane ride has a cost. A copy of a digital file has none. You cannot compare the taking of a tangible good or service versus the copying of a digital file. They are completely different things.

If you steal a physical item, there is an associated loss…

It is no different than stealing anything else your broke ass can’t afford.

While some people consider video games to be a luxury and entirely based on leisure, I wouldn’t be in the professional I am in today without video games (which I couldn’t afford).

Am I the only person reading all this about crafting items and just feeling dead inside?

As a lifelong - including seeing the original in theatres - fan of Alien, I want to like this.
