You can not physically play your ps3 games in ps4. You will be able to play ps3 through Gaikai and will most likely have to buy them again. Just like re-buying ps2 games on the ps3.

I tried Neon Alley and it was horrible. They got about 10 shows and you can't pick what to watch. It's like paying $7 for one extra horrible channel.
