We never broke a part during Mini-Baja competition. We did break the brake master cylinder mount the night before. We had to find an outlet to plug in the MIG welder at the hotel. We were busy welding away while Champ Car mechanics watched on. They were holding practice session at PIR. Good times.

These “programs” are actually extracurricular activities. Some professors will let you incorporate it into a class, but for the most part you are doing it on your own time. Well, based on the last report, the US had a reduction in CO2 emissions. EU increased, China increased, and India increased. So much for the non-binding Paris Accord.

I was at the helicopter base in Canada where Leo flew up in his Gulfstream then took a couple hour tour of the oil sands in a helicopter, then flew home. I wonder how much pollution that generated?

In the US, he would sue for a million, City would settle for $60K.

I can see not needing a valid address for federal elections. However local elections would need some type of proof that you live in the city/county.

Passports requires an address or you need to have police verify and document you live there. Insurance and vehicle registration are based on where you live, can’t use a PO box. 

Well, your vehicle registration, passport, bank accounts, credit cards, insurance, taxes, all require a legal address.

Do electricity get sent to a PO box? The law states they can provide another form of identification of address such as an utility bill.

All they need to do is show a utility bill or another official form with a physical address. It’s in the law.

We’re not a democracy. It’s a republic.

California require TWO proofs of address to buy a gun. How can that be constitutional?

The supplemental document could be an utility bill. So unless they were living off the grid. Even the property tax would contain an address.
