I live in a flood zone. But because of federal law, I’m required to have flood insurance. But guess what, EVERYONE gets to pay half of the insurance for the subsides for me.

Just a matter of time. It’s not like any of these protest have been peaceful.

You only need to run over one person. The rest will get out of their way because they value their life more than their cause.

I don’t know where you live, but here in Sacramento, CA, violent crimes have gone up along with property crimes. Property crimes have gone up dramatically ever since they raise the limit on grand theft. In the middle class suburb where I live, you get on NextDoor and hear about people having their house broken into

Criminals don’t seem to care about your rights to your property or your body.

They file permits and coordinate with the city and law enforcement to block off the streets. They also post when and where the events are as required by local ordinances.

Do you lock your doors if a bunch of people are walking around you car?

You would test in the least safe condition, ready to fire, safety off. For example, HK had to tape the grip down on the P7 in order to cock the striker for the drop test. Releasing the grip automatically decocks the gun rendering it inert.

The Romeo optic has its issues with the lens cracking.

It had extensive testing to pass the requirements that it was require to pass. That’s the point of standardized testing. It becomes cost prohibitive to pass every test that can be conceived. If you drive your car at 55 mph in a telephone pole, you’ll probably be dead because no car company designs a car to withstand

What, you didn’t do that? I thought we all did that as kids.

Lockheed had a bunch of kids fly the initial F-35 simulator, unsupervised. The kids came back with a list of complaints.

You don’t need a regulation to build a more fuel efficient car.

Except that these planes never left the country, heck they didn’t even leave the west coast, just a test flight and a ferry flight as the customer never took delivery.

Abu Dahbi and Bahrain have a alcohol ban, so they use rose water. If you watch the celebration, you can see a disappointment in their faces when they take that initial swig.
