If it landed in a populated area, this being Austin, it’s just a bunch of Californian liberals.

This is Texas, where everyone carries a gun and drives a truck. Except the liberals in Austin.

Nothing wakes you up in the morning than squirting cold water up your butthole.

Vintage races are even more dangerous. No, Wehrlein is/was just being an idiot. He knew he lost the race coming out of the last corner, but kept his foot down as he crashed into the barricade. Then cut across to the other side and almost took out Massa’s arm. Luckily Massa’s spidey senses caused him to pull his arm

So the actual government report is false reporting?

Not all issues are software according to the latest report. All three are currently limited to I believe 500 knots below 5000 feet because the skin temperatures were too high. C model is giving pilots neck pain when launched with lighter load. The list is pretty long and their timeline to fix everything is also very

Boeing can probably have the Advanced Super Hornet operational before Lockheed fixes all the problems with the F-35.

The “cockpit” in the centrifuge rotates so that the g forces are always in a downward direction relative to the pilot.

An unfit, untrained person will take about 5-10 seconds at 6 g’s to pass out. Acrobatic pilots don’t wear g suits, will hit 9-12 g’s instantaneous for a second or two without passing out. They may reach the point where you lose color vision, but before the tunnel effects start. At that point, they will start unloading

They won’t need g suits. Fighter pilots pull g’s in the downward direction which causes the blood to pool in the legs. The g suits squeezes the blood back up to the brain.

He’s going to need to win the lottery from the bill he’s going to get along with the insurance premium increase.

F1 could ditch the pneumatic valves if they wanted to. Current rev limit is 15,000 rpm, but no one runs over 12,000 rpm because the increase in horsepower doesn’t offset the increase in fuel consumption. Champ Cars were running about 13,500 rpm on steel springs. One engine manufacturer even took one of the engines and

Jaguar a couple decades ago ran an electromagnetic valve system. While the system allows the engine to produce more power, it was offset by the electrical load required to operate the system. The only advantage was smoothness.

They were still in the $300 range back in the early 90's when a Specialized trispoke was $750. The Aerospoke wheels were heavy, still is, and weren’t all that aero, still isn’t. Back then if you got money, you had the Specialized. Don’t have money, the Spin trispokes. Only a few tri-geeks used the Aerospoke wheels.

Aerospokes have been around since the late 80's. They were cheap back then and now. That’s about it. Cheap.
