Actually the opposite is true. Coaching helps but players often learn as much or more through peer coaching. Thats why you see teams with good coaches but far too many young players underperform.

It’s not just the veteran QB in front of you, it’s the time with the coaches and the time spent learning the playbook and working on your mechanics.
