I don't think you realize how large of a role journalists (even the dumb ones) play in the popularity of a sport.

I tried the same tactic while appearing at traffic court the other day.
My take-away is that Marshawn Lynch is an immature baby. I'm sure not every other player likes media day either, but its part of the job so they do it.
Usually when people move on they're referred to as "former" or "ex-." For instance, which of these is more accurate:
I dislike Jones for how fake he is and this is more ammunition for people that don't like him. However, how the fuck is cocaine use out of competition and Nick Diaz seems to get suspended for weed every year or two?
So essentially because he didn't like *everything* Scott said or did then that means he doesn't like or respect what he did as a whole? Maybe you should also read the parts in his piece where he says he likes what Scott does overall (he opens and closes with that proclamation, by the way).
I don't disagree with Whitlock, I just think he's a little off on his timing. I thought Scott began alienating his audience circa 2002, when he began making Left Eye references on every goddamn episode of Sportscenter.
I love it so much when y'all so desperately want something to be racist and then it just isn't.
I almost closed this post with the impression that Lin is an idiot despite being a Harvard graduate and a pretty smart ball player. This story should be edited with this Vine or a clip from the interview this Vine pulls from.
Another news channel reported that evidence suggested the poster might actually be responsible for the fire, but I'm not buying it. He was clearly framed.
No way he stepped on him on purpose... Now was he in a hurry to get off once he did? Nah. But that happens on every play to every player.
But of course it's a huge deal, because Rodgers is now in the Manning, Brady, Brees group where it is impossible for them to every have a bad game or make a mistake and every ounce…
This is such an important message. Good intentions are absolutely not enough. I feel like many people reading this are going to come away thinking "I don't know how to be a good white person." Maybe this will help some of them go try and find out, but I am afraid it will push many people in the other direction—make…
I don't think the above woman believes she deserves a "prize". She is making a valid comment that her actions are not self-serving. She is allowed to defend her actions and beliefs without claiming to need a prize.
"Good white people" demonstrate the qualities that all good people demonstrate: kindness, empathy, compassion, thoughtfulness, unconditional love. These are the values I try to instill in my students; that parents try to instill in their children.
Can't see this succeeding though I wish them luck. But isn't unionizing an alternative?
You're not far off Tom. There's actually another panda outside of the frame that eats shoots and leaves.
This is what is suppose to happen in this situtation. The man in white is placed under arrest. At that point he doesn't have the legal right to resist arrest. You notice how he is resisting three police officers. The arm around the neck is not a choke hold. The Baton swings are to the legs in an attempt to gain…
This whole post is bullshit. To start, we do not know what happened before this video.Look at the :07 second mark. The officer attempts to apprehend the guy and he swipes his hand away and begins resisting arrest and continues to not cooperate. This could have all been prevented. However, this best part of this whole…
Yeah, I don't know. The officer didn't choke him out. He didn't take his broken baton and proceed to jam it into his heart as if he were buffy the vampire slayer. They didn't beat or draw guns and execute him once he was down and in handcuffs. They didn't take turns firing tasers into him as he writhes on the ground.
