Of course not. That’s why I wrote: “from a friend who found a legit download of it.” in the post you responded to.

This is just not true. Human nature dictates that this isn’t true, as well as real life experience (unless you have no contact with gamers at all).

Ok, I’m not pro DRM here, but your argument of “ no evidence that anyone who pirates a game would purchase it legally if they were unable to obtain it for free” is idiotic.

Of course her analysis is worthless - that was kind of the point. Green brings up this “kinesiology” bullshit excuse, so Deadspin goes and finds an “expert” with a fair amount of knowledge in the field to publicly debunk Green’s asshat explanation. They probably pushed her for a chunk of text, so she threw her

So, who’d you vote for, since both major candidates fit the bill?

This is the most accurate comment I’ve seen in a while. Every power falls, eventually.

Jesus fucking christ, the comments section is uncommonly ignorant sometimes.

This train of thought always mystifies me. The “American Dream” that leaves even the most woefully destitute with the hope that they can succeed is somehow frowned upon as an underlying current in America.

Your ease of use of the word “stupid” to describe “most Americans” leads me to believe that you are much closer to those you characterize than you think.

I’ve said it so many times, and I’ll say it again: The elite money loves to see us battling it out amongst ourselves, with the media sensationalizing racial divide, political bickering and “the next thing that’s going to kill us all”.

That actually makes no difference at all in relation to your first post. They could have positioned themselves as anything at all, and it still would not change the fact that both candidates are not considered in touch with “blue collar” or “working class”.

I hate to break it to you, but much of your “gender bias” exists under female upper management and CEO’s (etc) as well as male. There is a problem with wage discrepancy in America. It is not majority gender bias. I’m sorry, but it’s just not. If you think big business wouldn’t hire an orangutan if it could do the

I’m far from a Republican, but any economist worth his salt can explain to you that the “wage gap” isn’t nearly what people think it is. If big business could really hire one sex at 80% of the wage to do 100% of the job, they would do it in a heartbeat. Wonder why they don’t?

I think I’ve seen this exact same sentence in a Greg Howard article from the past.

Best comments are in the greys these days. Lots of old guys that make better posts that the supposed “un-greyed” do.

If I’m missing the sarcasm, forgive me.

This season is worse, though, because they are driving the Negan character INTO THE GROUND.

Ok, we get it - NEGAN’S A CREEPY PSYCHO WHO TALKS SLOWLY WHILE SMILING AND THREATENING TO BEAT EVERYONE TO DEATH.

I agree - this season is dragging insufferably. It’s like the entire season is Negan acting creepy - except now it’s gone on so long, and so tediously, that every friggin episode he comes on the screen and I say to myself “Here comes 10 minutes of Negan being creepy again”, and that happens 2 or 3 times every episode.
