This girl, this honor student, can’t attend her graduation because she wore a shirt that showed her shoulders. No, really.
I have been looking for a job.
I just really can’t.
It’s mah birfday today, so Other-Husband made the most fabulous lobstah chowdah for dinner (lobster courtesy of housemate’s freezer, which resembles Mary Poppins’ bag in the amount of weird and amazing stuff that can be found inside.) I don’t know what all went in there, but I saw parsnips, dill, chardonnay, leeks,…
Let’s have a fun thread! I’m feeling wretched today and have been looking for distractions. While poking around on YouTube, I saw an ad for these classes with Gordon Ramsay, and I want to take them so bad! There’s other ones, too, like the ones with Reba and Christina Aguilera and James Patterson, that I would love to…
Oh, look! Smacks is making a food post! How unusual! *laughs maniacally*
What’cha makin’, everyone?
Did you know eggs can explode?

TW: fuck cancer.

I have a cat on my lap (which is amazing, because she is so not a lap cat. She’s more of a follow you like a puppy and sit juuust out of reach cat) and everyone else is asleep. Since alone…
This is Shadow, my fur-baby. I have had him for 12 years, ever since we brought him and his brother in out of a cold rain when they were about 4 weeks old.
Because I want to grumble about something, but it’s not really a big enough deal for it’s own post!
Come in, sit down, and share your dinner with us! Whether it’s Pop-Tarts or a 3 course meal, come tell your fellow foodies (hate that word, but can’t find a better one) all about it.
... LittleSmacks3 is today’s big winner! (Not really. Poor kid obviously inherited all my gracefulness.) (TW: grossness)
What have you accomplished today?
BabySmacks threw me a curveball at about 5.30 tonight... “Hey! There’s a school concert at 6.45pm! I need dress pants and a black button down!”... so I was really glad I had thrown dinner into the crockpot earlier.
