Sure thing, Mr. Jackson.

REALLY, A TEAM BECOMES A WHOLE LOT WORSE AFTER TRADING FOR CARMELO ANTHONY???? COLOR ME FUCKING SHOCKED.

Now playing

Holy fuck, that’s just fucking awful. One of the best pitchers I’ve ever seen. Look at these fucking performances. No skin in any of the teams he played for, just saddened at the loss of a guy I truly enjoyed watching.

Just want to point out, again, that the NCAA rendered its decision on Beverly on the same day it simpered to North Carolina’s horseshit reversal, and threats to sue, over the legitimacy of the no-show classes propping up the eligibility of its revenue-sport athletes.

A player ineligible because he went to class, and

No. You’re missing the point. The point is that nobody, and I mean nobody, needs to be able to buy an AR.

And with that, Jalen Ramsey became the first player to actively try to get into the Bengals locker room.

As a United supporter, I’m thrilled to see City getting the sports blog equivalent of a needle in a voodoo doll - the stamp of invulnerability from Billy.

You’re not going to believe this but Julius Randle is 38th in points (tied with Russell Westbrook), 35th in rebounds and 22nd in blocks per 48 mins out of all NBA players. Pretty good for someone who sucks.

QBR != PER.

This is a terrible opinion. He is an elite wing defender and finished 4th in DPOY voting. If he wasn’t on an awful team and got a little more notoriety he might have made 2nd team all defense. He was asked to do entirely too much on offense and asked to take forced bad shots, often late in the shot clock, because the

I’ve disliked Randle forever. I’ve just never liked his game but he is averaging 28 points a game per 100 possessions and has a PER of 19.6. He’s been really good off the bench as a small ball center and this opinion should begrudgingly be retired.

Last year you labeled Robert Covington as Butt. Is there a way to become unbutted after initiation into the Butt Society of Players?

Wait, what’s wrong with Julius Randle?

Nah, I hear what you’re saying, but the numbers say post turnarounds are massively inefficient, as NBA shots go, whereas an open three is about as good a shot as an offense can generate. LeBron’s gonna have to hurt teams with that turnaround over an extended period of time before that calculus will budge. Remember,

As someone who has seen literally every broadcast City game (non-TV League Cup and early FA rounds excluded) for the last few years, I have no idea what you’re on about. He was signed at 19 and has shown marked improvement every year. He wasn’t expected to be a finished product then and he’s still not now. Sané may be

So, so many pics of old man balls are in some intern’s future.

Your politics are showing

When reading the thread, it’s pretty easy to see how you meant what you said and also how he interpreted it. Honestly, the first time I read your post, I thought you were being silly by discounting previous statistics.

honestly, I was shocked when I went and checked his stats and saw how good they were this season. you’re right, those are fantastic numbers. But it felt a lot different than the Wagner or Lidge days when you felt like it was done when you went into the 9th with a lead. but maybe thats just me.

Yeah that’s fair, I somehow didn’t realize how great Alex Wood was this year. As a Yankees fan who watched them go with the 3 man rotation in 2009 I’m all for it.
