Well shit, I'm convinced. I'm really excited about the appearance of diesel-electric hybrids and this sounds very promising as a performance drivetrain, which surprises me! Very cool-looking car, nice design for sure. Here's to hoping it makes it to production (soon, with a similar setup).

The asshole who was joyriding the car should pay for it, not the government, and not the owner, and not his insurance. The dude who was driving the car is the one responsible for this stupid mess, and he should have to mop it up.
