I kind of agree. Nintendo’s hubris needs to be checked, most noticeably in this and the Paper Mario series. They’re ignoring the fans and just doing whatever they please, regardless of the masses crying for a return to the glory days.

I also like how no one is pointing out that he had no business confronting people he thought were criminals. He was under no direct threat, and had seen no suspicious activity besides a car parked outside, after which he approached, like an idiot. Had they been real criminals, he’d be dead.

I suppose they did near no research before attempting this into what kind of angles and slight angles it takes to play the game. No pro would ever, EVER seriously try to win using this, as it’s simply impossible.

Same thing happened to me. I gave it a few months break, let some patches come out. I’m enjoying the hell out of it now. I just needed time to reconcile the fact that its simply not like FO3 or NV. Once I went back into the game with that mindset, I found it so much more enjoyable.
