Its like he is completely missing the point of what Metroid is to the players. Metroid has never been about a galactic federation. It’s been about being Samus Aran, alone and exploring cool worlds in 2D and 3D. Its this type of ridiculous disconnect between devs and players that makes me wonder what the hell Nintendo…

It was announced at E3 by Nintendo. It went under everyone’s radar because it’d be like slapping the Halo title on a platformer and then not even having Master Chief in it AT ALL. I call shenanigans. Here’s the abomination in all of its not-Metroid detail.

Honestly I hope someone pick him up and tries to get a spiritual successor to P.T./Silent Hill. The world needs more games that are like Resident Evil 4.

Ok, fine. I was going to skip it, but when you put it that way I feel pretty bad. I’m buying and playing this game, but NOT for Konami. I’m doing for Kojima. I never played or tried any of the MGS games, but this one seems like the best yet to jump in with.

His grammer isn’t bad, it’s fine. And don’t point out one mistake to me, no one is perfect. And getting people to talk to you at the drop of a hat, without first having them take a week to go through PR, is very rare.

I’ll be kinda honest here, if you bought the old gen version expecting totally equal treatment, I will call you ignorant. You chose to buy the weak version, you should have been able to forsee lack of features and support. I can’t wait to see what happens with Black Ops 3 on old gen.

Gonna disagree here. You’re trying to play content on a machine that came out in 2005 in 2015? And now we’re being told it cant be done? Not a big surprise here. Also, previous DLC sold absolutely terribly on last gen systems. So not only would continuing to make DLC for old gen most likely restrict what we would get…

Pretty sure they spent the entire time trying to make it work on old gen. Not selling on old gen is losing them money, not making them any. This is no money grubbing ploy, its a legitimate decision to drop old gen so that they can make the DLC much better on current gen.
