I watch it for Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni. Mmm...

@sarasasa: Agreed. It made me laugh.

A friend of mine is a wedding photographer, and she has also done boudoir shoots. The photos are lovely, and I do think they can be empowering. I guess I'm torn on the subject.

I love the name Isobel, and I've had a claim on it since 2001 (I was 15 and a fan of Roswell's Isabel Evans). Regardless of the popularity of the name, I have every intention of naming my future possible daughter Isabel. #isabel

@Spaceman Bill Leah: Okay, I'll give you that—there is something disgustingly satisfying about plucking out an ingrown hair.

@lalahizzledizzle: But see, for those reasons I do feel for Terri. Great point made.

Hmm, but Main Guy is not so perfect himself. He forcefully sees everything as he wants it, despite evidence to the contrary. He carries on an affair-that-isn't-really-an-affair while he lives vicariously though his students. He's just as manipulative as his wife. For all his nerdy perfection, he's that douche who

@Cimorene: You're a braver person than me.

Ugh, her apology makes me so angry. A friend of mine got alcohol poisoning and dehydration of her own damn fault, and you bet your ass I went with her to the ER and stayed overnight, despite drinking myself. She wasn't even a particularly close friend, just a roommate, but she needed *someone.*

The trash the dress site actually encourages women to donate their dresses after their session. Maybe it's because I am friends with a photographer, but I don't have an issue with trash the dress. Some of those photos are gorgeous, and the dirty dress can often be dry cleaned and donated.

Hee, I studied Sesame street in my advertising class. There is an interesting argument out there about Sesame Street building from advertisements—brevity, entertainment, persuasion. I do love the show, though.

@JoaquinPhoenix's Hairstylist: That...is completely adorable! I used to pretend I was Daryl Hannah in Splash, or sometimes a big sea monster to my toys, but a bathtub bartender? That is awesome. Hearted.

@JinxyMcDeath: From what I understand, the TTD site encourages women to donate their dresses after their shoot—in most cases, the dresses aren't trashed at all and can be cleaned or repaired. At the original blog, there is a really nice post on dress donations: [trashthedress.wordpress.com]

@HadwinBabazoid: Wishbone helped me pass my excruciating English class in high school. The Wishbone version of Frankenstein = A++. And, I had a total crush on Joe when I was a kid.

@Maggita: Yes. In my case, I developed an ED after a sexual assault—it became, and continues to be, a way to punish myself. It's not about my weight—it's self harm.

Wait, isn't Girl's Life tied to Girl Scouts? I remember I used to get it way back when I was a Junior Girl Scout, and the hot topics were cooking tasty treats, wilderness adventure and a girl who played on a boys hockey league.

Hmm, according to my American Girl Felicity novels and the American Girl magazine, my personal authority on American History, pink was actually a boy's color in the late 18th century. It was not until the 20th century that pink became a girl's color, and before then girl's were dressed in blue or yellow.

@SarahMC: I agree. I took away that Don sees Mrs. Draper as sort of a mother figure. She acts like an older sister to him, and she doesn't appear to have any romantic feelings toward him. I liked the dynamic—it was really interesing to see. Jon hamm is amazingly talented.
