Are your skill caps still limited by the “role” you choose?  I remember a few years ago if you chose, for example, to be a “back to the basket” big then your 3pt skill was capped at a lower level, or something like that.  So no matter how many VC you earned, eventually, all you could use it for was branded apparel.
