Well it's all how you look at it, $140 investment into one game that will last me and my buddies hours upon hours of fun? Considering Smash and MK8 are the two main stays in my circle, I'd say that's a good investment.

I also provide beer and peanuts. Wanna come over?

You're still here?

Hyrule Warriors is the only first party title I've seen on Wii U with Day one DLC and I agree with you, that was shit. Other than that tho, I haven't seen any day one DLC and I'm pretty sure I own every Nintendo-produced Wii U game that isn't Eshop exclusive.

Well I don't see why it matters what my friends bought. If they're coming over to my house, I'm going to be a good host and offer each of them a quality gamecube controller.

Please. I need to know... what is this gif from?

Get out. Seriously. You belong on youtube comments sections, not in my Kotaku.

Considering the Mario Kart 8 DLC is by far the best value for buck I've seen in a long time for DLC, probably ever, I'm gonna roll in trust. Who's with me?

Normally I would say $5 minimum, but Nintendo has been surprising me with their DLC pricing lately.

Depends how you look at it. I didn't buy Smash on 3DS for free dlc characters so to me it feels like I got something for free. Was going to buy both copies of the game anyway.

I was thinking GC Controller 1-4 + Wiimote 1-4 for 8 players.

No, because then I would be pissed and you would be happy. Can't have that.

You can use the 3DS as a controller, too.

Too many Brutes in Halo 3.

To me, that is someone being an asshole who is giving me the tools to legally remove him from my backyard. I'll take them.

I just want someone to seriously give me a death/rape threat.

NO! BAD! YOU DO NOT MAKE CLEMENTINE SEXY! Who is the pedo who thought this shit up?

I love Manhunt. Being able to brutally kill the enemies doesn't make the game any less terrifying for me.

Yeah, if you read my original message I already came to this conclusion.

Eh, to each their own. I'm 27 and have been playing with a controller for 23 years and found the wiimote to be a breath of fresh air in 2006. Loved playing TP with it.
