Oh, ok. I thought this was the best episode in years. They relied on stereotypes, yes, but I think because stereotypes are comical by their nature (because they are so stupid and silly).

I thought it was one of the strongest episodes of the year! I loved the cold open, the "motivational" speaker sketch, ADORED the "Sunday Morning Roundtable" sketch, I thought KW's accent in the beauty pageant sketch was great...obviously there were "misses" like the digital short, but that's to be expected in a show…

I think that this is a real question and concern. Jezebel writers and commentators went ape-shit when Lady Gaga "appropriated" the hijab a couple months ago. When I commented and asked why Jezzie was acting like the hijad was so "sacred" when it's a tool of oppression I got villified in comments.

What exactly is wrong with her raising her children according to the strictures of her faith? It's certainly not my cup o' tea, but from the little I have seen the family seems full of love and devotion.
