The plans have been in the 10-C administrative offices for some time.

He looks so, so much like his father, it’s scary.

We learn he was hit by a speeding car—perhaps driven by the same person who almost mowed over Cara back in episode one? We also learn that the culprit will almost certainly face a firing squad as punishment.

The crew wouldn’t waste time adapting strange dogs knowing this is the last season if they didn't have some inkling about the future.

Clarissa had one of my favorite lines in the episode “Don’t ever feel bad for not killing someone...” ...

That entire scene where Naomi chews out Holden for “sparing her feelings” should be shown to the writers room for Discovery. That is how you address “emotional conflict” in an efficient and non-time-wasting-way. (If it had been that shit-show Disco, no doubt we’d have had some blubbing for half a season, a “moody”

nasty calluses that would take a cheese grater to grind off.

As a (former, haven’t done it in years) Massage Therapist I can tell you without qualification that people who habitually wear sandals (usually flip-flops) have the grossest feet!

Or when I wanted to study abroad, they told my parents I’d be kidnapped and raped even though they’d been abroad many times alone when they were teenagers.

I lost straight male friends when I came out as a bi woman. Friends who I felt safe around because they never once brought up fucking me got upset that they could “no longer” fuck me (again, bi, never said I wasn’t into dudes, just that I want platonic male friends who I’m not fucking as well).

I think this is definitely a cultural thing. AOC just has the unfortunate job combination of being a leftist WOC in this country so it’s amplified all the more.

damn she knows it and i love her calling it out.

Glad no one is giving Holden a truly horrible time about it. It’s one thing to say ‘it’s war’ it’s another to actually blast your partner’s child to kingdom come while she is looking at a live feed of him.

I am so sick of Inaros & Inaros.

I was skeptical when they decided to merge the book Michio Pa and Drummer arcs into one TV character, but Cara Gee kills every. single. line. she delivers and I really don’t care anymore.

No way they can wrap this up in a satisfying way with only two episodes left

The couple’s plan was a good one, and likely would have worked out

And they’ve only shown him rarely....with his head off, once. On the original, he’s on frequently and almost always headless, or just the head :)

Really looking forward to checking this out, not only because its’ pretty unique in terms of post-apocalyptic fiction, but because, despite the Arthur C. Clarke award it won - it’s not really sci-fi at all. Basically nothing about it is science fiction, especially not post-COVID.
