I love this idea, unfortunately in order for me to have access to my work e-mail or data on my phone, my phone forces a sleep and lock after inactivity. My wife really loves it when she’s doing the crossword puzzle on the iPad and it shuts down as punishment for taking too long an answer.
What’s so outrageous about a business enforcing a contractual lien against an estate?
This seems to mirror the tactic I see on Twitter every time someone responds to a tweet with an opposing view:
This was my thought. I loved Origins. I hope this has some massive beasts like the dream sequences from Origins. Would also like to see whaling again.
There are some people with whom I simply cannot stand to talk on the phone. They typically call with little purpose and have an inability to wrap up the conversation and say “good-bye.”
Next time you go to buy a new phone and they try to sell you on the new features, ask them “[t]hat sounds great, but will it make phone calls?”
It’s dumb to expect video games to be responsible reflections of real life, but it is also impossible, for me at least, to not feel some ickiness about the game forcing me into cahoots with even a fictionalized version of the NYPD, an organization that routinely oppresses some of the most vulnerable residents of the…
Great piece. We’ll try this on Saturday!

I actually chuckled out loud taking the quiz. I was surprised by the result, though!
Looks great. I wonder if Hello Games would have had an easier time if they released the original (which I bought and was fine with - the grind wasn’t worth the initial pay off) as one of those prolonged early-access alphas?
I’m in San Diego as well and IPAs brought me back to beer after a 10 year hiatus.
Bottlecraft, in San Diego (and surrounding areas)! The check all five boxes and the rotation is insane. I hit the Liberty Station location quite frequently and the menu of 24 beers is constantly rotating.
I purchased a copy of Ultima II for the Apple ][+ at a Computer Craft on Chimney Rock Road in Houston, Texas. Richard “Lord British” Garriott was there and he was so proud of what he had made. It’s a memory I’ll never forget.
What is she reading from and why?
