If you can’t tell that you are being throttled without an app, then does it really matter?  Let’s face it people, a mobile phone screen is tiny.

It does you no good and it is an admission of guilt.  Not to mention, it’s based on the faulty logic that you are responsible for preventing accidents of the people behind you, breaking the law.  You are not.

Your car battery has a lot more power, but it is built to withstand several forms of damage. It is nearly 100 year old technology. A phone battery has no protection at all.  The phone is the protection.
