Probably because Bliz doesn't have the world "craft" trademarked. Obviously, Bethesda has the word "Scrolls" trademarked so they have to contest it..

Trademark law is pretty weird, I suggest people keep it in their pants until it's resolved. It's probably some legal bullshit that none of us here remotely understand. I vaguely remember hearing that you must challenge any claim to the copyright or trademark that you own or risk losing it.
It doesn't matter if it's significant or not people spend money on these games and revealing plot points should be done with more tact.
@Chicken Pawks
It's a significant plot point in a highly anticipated game that hasn't shipped yet, which really isn't bad in itself, but putting it in the title of an article is a bit of a dick move.
So I decided to revisit this after a bit so that I could see if I felt any different about this after a bit of time...
Jesus Christ guys. You really had to go there?
"you should see The Witcher 2 running on a 55-inch display, good god"
That BBC Sherlock series......So goddamn good.
I was loving the game until I ran into a few difficulty spikes that really killed all of the fun I was having. Dying over and over again because the game spawns you idiotically into a group of raging infected just got old really quick. I don't expect the game to be a cakewalk, in fact it shouldn't, but when developers…
I second that. It should have been the default.
I watched Brad from Giant Bomb play through for about 45 mins in a quick look and that got me pretty jazzed to play it. I had it sitting on the shelf since Tuesday. If anyone is on the fence I suggest you check that out.
The most offensive thing about that is how far out of date that character is. For such a complex game with interesting themes, how in the fuck could they get that so wrong? And that goes for any of the stereotypes.
If Gamestop had just removed the game from the shelves without screwing around with it's contents and then trying to sell the game on the slick, all of this could have been avoided. Now they are stuck with a pretty big egg on their face.
I got the PC Deus Ex: HR Augmented edition at Greenman Gaming for 40 bucks. Screw Gamestop anyway.
I'm at work here in Midtown and we felt it in the office. Nothing spectacular, but a lot of people felt it.
Fair enough. We got off on the wrong foot. Sorry dude.
That was his original argument, not mine.
Then get the original Xbox version.
You must have missed the point where I said I WASN'T TALKING ABOUT THE GUY IN THE VIDEO.
