The 360 controller is one of the most comfortable controllers I've ever used.

I have both versions and saw little difference to boast about. I don't give a shit what the article says if you own either version you'll be ok.

It hasn't really changed my opinion about Sony in general because I've always pretty much had a slightly negative opinion of how the corporation is run anyhow, and I absolutely despise their computer products so some of the things that I've heard leading up to this debacle doesn't surprise me at all.

I don't need them to go out there and perform corporate theater and immolate themselves on stage, I just need them to make this shit right and be more careful next time. I didn't expect PSN to be impervious to hacking, no system is, which is why after it happened I went though the appropriate steps to protect myself.

Hearing valve say that doesn't annoy me nearly as much as when EA said something similar. I trust Valve enough for this decision to be handled decently.

Things break down and sometimes for days. If you haven't paid anything for a particular service they don't owe you squat. Expectations are bullshit and are different depending on who you talk to. ESPECIALLY for something that most people don't pay for.
