My roommate/good friend likes to say proudly that she hates feminism and she is not a feminist. The conversation usually goes like this:

I am so confused...

If I were a man and some woman piped up with "I'm not a feminist..." I would look her in the eye and say "Excuse me. MEN are talking here" and then ignore her for the rest of the evening.

I think this is the only time I've had penis envy.

Its so gross that most of these pictures are clearly meant for dudes to appreciate and give the thumbs up on. Naked pictures of women biting their notes saying 'FEMINISM SUCKS! DUDES ROCK!'? Really? God. I wonder if many of these women actually benefit from sexism and the status quo it creates.

I felt a lot better about all of this after reading The Bloggess' response to this, for lack of a better term, "movement" :
