I think that most people who use this kind of social networking or app lack a few intelligence points.. especially if they paid money to do so.

Body shaming is not nice regardless of who it's directed towards.

I'm 25 (I don't know what that makes me? Gen-Xer?) and this show is like nails on a chalkboard to me. Don't like it. Don't get it.

Maybe there's a secret evil triplet that the parents sent away!

I know for a fact that I certainly did not act like a wild animal as a child when I was in public. I can't remember how other children acted in the late 80's/90's, but I know for sure that my mother would have had some choice words if I were to run around a restaurant like it was a playground.

I thoroughly agree with this comment. I think that most parent's don't stop to explain situations to their children enough. They think "kids are kids" when they could be using a situation as a learning experience. If I was behaving badly my mother would explain why it was wrong/disrespectful/whatever. If I was acting

According to child development and numerous theories pertaining to the matter, conditioning, primarily positive reinforcement and modeling, is the absolute best way teach your children to behave. It doesn't have to be toys, or money, or anything you don't want it to be, but simple praise, or a hug, or dessert is a

Exactly. When I was working at a restaurant, most kids were generally well behaved. A bit messy, a bit loud, but nothing unexpected. However, once in a while we would get children who would run around, or heely around, or do something otherwise destructive, dangerous, and out of the ordinary. We would end up being

I love this comment.

Wow, that is one fucked up article.

Do they have a theory as to why? I'm a psychology student and this is something we haven't covered much ground on [yet] - I thought that antisocial personality disorder was still something of a mystery as to etiology and treatment. Although psychiatrists would probably be more likely to say it's something innate

Thank you so much for all your advice! I will definitely try the honey treatment! I live in Connecticut - I don't know if our winter are comparable to yours, but they are certainly long and cold as well - and the last few days we've had a lovely wind chill that is downright painful. The last few years the cold has

That is not a proven theory.

This. So much. I certainly believe that Casey Anthony is guilty, however, for all those commenters over the last several years calling the jury stupid or blind - the jury did what was right. They were 12 normal people who put aside their feelings and looked at the facts. That must have been extremely difficult to do.

I've read that he's representing one of the mothers of a women killed during the Aurora shooting, another victim's family of the same shooting, and some Aruba murder guy named Gary Giordano.

Actually, in most states if there's illegal activity in the house and/or anyone gets hurt on the premises (for example, a dog bite or tenants dealing drugs from the property) the landlord can be held legally liable.

Haha, that does seem likely. Also, I love your username.

Maybe it was a stupid joke - like, "oh maybe Beyonce wants to see your 'oval office'" or... something. I can't think of anything better, I'm sorry. I tried.

You can tell Obama put his hand on Michelle's back after the comment, so I imagine it was something mean or condescending or otherwise inappropriate and he gave her a little "I know he's an idiot and I'm sorry you have to deal with that" pat on the back.

I think we have that type of thing in some or most states as well - it's something like at-will employment and pretty much states that an employer can fire an employee for any reason or no reason at all. There are a bunch of exceptions and such but it seems similar.
