I really like using an exfoliate (usually apricot scrub) along with Neutrogena's Visibly Bright cleanser. When I have a blemish I use a medicated spot treatment. My skin has cleared up a lot in the last few years, but I'm 25 as well and I still get acne breakouts, especially hormone related ones.
