More power to you. I've had several commenters point this out. I was talking about my personal facebook experience, which will obviously vary from that of other people.
PRESH
Time to bust out the heavy duty paper towels and enzyme based cleaner!
Exactly. When my older sister was that age, she told my parents she was going to marry me. Young children are great sponges and parrots but they really don't understand adult concepts like death, tragedy etc
What you said definitely makes sense to me. My experience has been of the 'infancy through toddlerhood with no picture of mom ever' kind which is kind of irritating. I want to see you! Also I don't think it's that paranoid. The internet is forever and there are horrid people out there.
I actually just posted about this on GT yesterday. I have absolutely nothing against children and definitely understand how important and life changing they are for people. However, it bothers me when women have their profile picture set to a picture of their kid because well, its supposed to be a picture of you. I've…
In my experience, every time I went through one of these machines I got a pat down anyway. Double triggers for me!
Good riddance. I had so many issues with those machines. A private company making a hefty profit from fear, the unknown/unstudied safety of the machines, the obvious violation of 4th Amendment rights, and of course the extremely questionable efficacy for actually preventing terrorism.
Well that's nice of you. I had a genetic deformity that I got corrected. Glad to know you think I'm gross and misogynistic for correcting a physical issue for myself.
I don't assume that's what people are thinking of me. No one can tell I have implants (like the vast majority of women with them they are a normal size that fits my body) but I don't have to make assumptions when I read stupid shit online about 'vanity' and 'it makes them seem less serious' and 'well pornstars!'.
Uh, I actually have breast implants so I'm not being irrational here. But thanks for writing off my response as 'irrational' and refusing to even really read and understand what I was saying. Great discussion! Not misogynistic at all to start in with the dismissive insults.
But they're not. They're really not.
"It just makes them seem much less serious."
That sounds like you are projecting your own issues onto them. More women than you think have implants and they get them for a variety of reasons. The 'bimbo with fake tits' stereotype is gross and misogynistic.
Why do you care if they're 'real' or not? Having the genetics to grow naturally large breasts isn't a moral accomplishment.
It's all about adjustments! Luckily for lactose/dairy there are little supplements that I can take before eating some that digest it for me. So if I reallllllly want some soft cheese/kheer/Thai iced tea I take some and its fine. For some reason I cannot digest onions anymore (almost instantly super bloated and I start…
I say it all the time too, because I'm from Texas. It's just kind of grating that people conflate saying y'all with being stupid/uneducated/racist etc.
A good tattoo isn't cheap and a cheap tattoo isn't good. Maci's is some serious scratcher shit.
