Hahaha, this is the best gif ever! It's a fun fact to keep in mind when you watch 'I Come in Peace' and other Lundgren flicks.

My favorite stereotype busting actor is Dolph Lundgren. He has a masters degree in chemical engineering, was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to fucking MIT and was like 'no thanks I'm going to date Grace Jones and be in action movies instead.'

Super underwhelmed by the jewelry Angleina Jolie 'designed'. Lots of bezel set gemstones. Yawn. I found it pretty amusing that they're calling emerald cut stones 'tablets' and that an apparently very high end jeweler cannot spell 'Colombia', a country famous for it's beautiful emeralds.

This is the exact reason I'm so hesitant about having kids. I think I'd be a good parent but I don't want to deal with other moms in school settings or have to interact with other people's shitty little snowflakes. The helicopter 'zomg my child is a hothouse flower' approach is already turning out some insufferable

LOLWUT?

Fret not my dear! I'm from Texas so I tooooootally get it.

That's awful, I'm sorry about your cousin. A close family friend of my boyfriend's was murdered a few months back (she was shot in the head while she was driving) and there were so many horrible comments. People making jokes about 'women drivers' and saying all this racist bullshit about how it was probably an honor

It's terrible! The houses that reality shows feature are just crushingly boring to me. It's like cool, you bought all of your furnishings at exactly that same time at the behest of an interior designer.

It's super unfair that someone with better taste/more creativity doesn't get to build a crazy house. I wouldn't want a huge house, just a cool one.

Tesla was awesome! His mother was brilliant and he often said he inherited her intelligence.

'Satire' is the 'I have a black friend' of defending lazy comedians. Yawn.

Yawwwwwwwn. Shit like this bores me. Tell me again how upholding stereotypes and the status quo is edgy?

I find that people who are always telling everyone to 'lighten up' and 'take a joke' have never had anything bad happen to them or a loved one.

"Did he say the hypothetical premise of that happening would be funny? Yes."

Oh wow, you're a girl and think it was funny?! Well then, discussion closed. Just because you thought it was funny that he talked about gang rape being hilarious doesn't mean other women have to. There are way too many rape and abuse survivors and way too many issues with the way rape is viewed in our culture for 'lol

Appearing vulnerable to harassers and looking a certain way physically are different. I experienced a fuck ton of street harassment as a young kid/teen and by the time I hit 20 it had dropped off significantly. Harassers tend to go after younger women because they seem more vulnerable as they have less life

It's always kind of surprising to me that the people who most stridently refuse to acknowledge street harassment/rape culture are always the ones who dole out rape as a punishment for uppity women. Blows my goddamn mind.

No. Not in the slightest.

Ugh yea. See also: Hey don't get old! 30 years old is your expiration date. Do everything possible to avoid wrinkles because older women are gross. You got plastic surgery? Shallow hag.

It's always been bizarre to me that people who claim that feminists are overreacting/too sensitive and talk at great length about how sexism isn't a thing anymore also conceptualize rape as a way of putting a woman in her place and humiliating her.
