I would love to quietly get a huge monetary windfall(Inheritance from a previously unheard of billionaire uncle, groundfloor facebook investment scenario) so I can have all the fancy stuff I want and travel to all the fancy places- but I never want people to know who I am. God- that sounds awful.

The problem is, I don't want any woman to raise a child she does not want, no matter what her reasoning may be. Even if it's as fucked up as she only wants boys, ok. Fine. If we forced a girl on her, would she raise it with love? Would this child be abused because she is resented? I support abortion for any reason

I think those are the same people who don't let their daughters get abortions because they should "face the consequences of having sex". It's disgusting. No child should be born to a mother who thinks of them as a punishment!

I wholeheartedly agree with your argument that children are the punishment. It is in large part the motivation behind the anti-choice movement.

It's definitely the traditional view on sex before the advent of effective birth control in general, and for women in particular:" If'n you don't wanna have babies, just keep yer laigs shut!" mentality.
