Mop and water

This building has 11 feet of height at its peak. I think never.

I just put them up on Thursday! We bought new cabinets for the laundry, and I put them in the garage. They’ll probably get a coat of paint soon.

Yep, there is a doorway at the back corner. I took most of the pictures from the courtyard looking into the garage through that door. It does open out.

Yes and no. I probably could have saved one wash by waiting until after I cut the concrete, but there definitely needed to be a wash and etch in between cutting and filling the cracks. It was nice to start by having everything clean and visible anyway. There was years of dirt and gunk on every surface, and lots of the

No windows on the south wall (keeps the sun out!). If you add windows, think carefully about what type you’d like. Take security and ventilation into consideration. I’ve been meaning to get around to explaining that for a while.

1. I took on a few freelance projects that have sapped my time.
2. My wife’s job changed a bit and doesn’t have the freedom that it once did.
3. Because of 1 and 2, the trailer isn’t done yet. It’s functionally all there, but the interior hasn’t been

Werent you two living Vanlife or something? Whatever happened w/that?

The two things that have made my shop usable year-round: An evaporative cooler and radiant gas tube heaters. It’s an 1800 square-foot steel building with 1970's blown-on insulation. In the summer, it was regularly 120 degrees or more inside. The evaporative cooler keeps it about 15 degrees below outside ambient as
