This is how it starts. I remember watching Season 2 LoL tournaments, and everyone was laughing about the silly strategies Korea was bringing to the game. And then they started wiping the floor with the other teams, and never really stopped.

Letter writer and K have both been divorced. Letter writer was cheated on in his previous marriage, and is actively allowing K to put her toe over the line into the same territory.

She doesn’t love him. She loves drama.

K didn’t tell him of her feelings until he was already engaged. That’s like inviting someone to your birthday party after you find out they’re already doing something else.

Even if the third writer is being more condescending than she thinks, her boyfriend still sounds like a jerk she’s better off without.

Yeah, but better to leave her now than to go forward with the marriage and then get divorced. H is going to be hurt no matter what, it’s to what extent. And she already is being hurt. If she knows enough about the situation to not want HaW to be seeing/speaking with K, she is already getting hurt.

I think he was so beat up emotionally by the ex cheating on him that having a good woman in his life was more important than endless passion.

You did the right thing. Revenge fuel sex? Huge red flag.

What Nintendo is doing is not censorship. It’s content curation that they’re entitled to do on THEIR product. They’re not curtailing anyone’s speech.

Considering this game is also available outside of Steam, including on GoG.com, I’d say we could still get these kind of successes. Steam’s fine but Stardew’s success is all about Eric Barone.

Look, people like to complain about “Pay 2 Win” and all that, but the reason it’s offered is because people want it. I’m sorry, they do, not the people who read Kotaku as a general rule, nor the people who frequent gaming sites, not the “hardcore” gamers but the “silent” majority of players. They want an awesome team…

How to develop a game:

That’s not what happens when we stop pre-ordering, that’s what happens when the devs decide to believe the utterly ridiculous misconception that a game requires a certain number of pre-orders before it becomes worthy of release, what they are doing here is basically shooting themselves in the foot and double tapping…

They’re challenging, well-designed platformers with awesome music.

I’m partial to Mega Man 3 myself.
