I heard GM had another recall on friday, hidden beneath the lay off. Something about airbags in the larger trucks not activating with the doors open. (and some other model with a bad ground on the passenger airbag) My girlfriend was telling me that NPR had a story on it, but I've not heard it here.
It's the only thing that bothers me about these exotics. Lamborghinis come with run of the mill Audi radios, Ferrari's come with worse.
And as much as you are bashing the aftermarket radio, You and I both know it's superior to the Fiat Punto radio that came with the car...
Next, give them both an off-road test!
Consulted? He was called several times by authorities after calling them in AZ. MI police were waiting for him at his son's property as soon as he arrived.
You might be familiar with that 2010-2011 period of Barnes' life because, among other things, he was a dancing hamster in a Kia Soul. Which suggests maybe that piece of ceiling didn't do as much damage as one may have thought.
Only when he visits Iowa.
That's a great point! Doug has been writing for jalopnik for a while now and still has not gone off on an escapade detailing what he drives. Most these writers put together an essay on how they fixed a headlight on the side of the road, or what it's like to drive a miata, but not Doug.
I wonder what the part number is...
Sadly, as you can probably tell by the photo below, the Ariel Atom 3.5R police vehicle is just for promotional purposes. Because there is no way you are driving that car, in that hat.
Pales in comparison to when MCG lets SSPD borrow and wrap a Lamborghini in this livery for the St. Patricks day parade in Downtown Atlanta. I wish I could find my photo of it...

It's one way or the other to the average observer. When I first got the car, the responses were binary. 'How ugly' or 'How cute' were the only opinions anyone had.
It is a great car, but Scion is no longer as competitive in the compact market.
Not to mention that the xB2 has not had a update since 2007. Aside from doing away with the single reverse light (awesome placement for aesthetics, but a pain when you wanted to backup and someone on the passengers side is oncoming and unable to see it). I mean, all of Scion's 10 series was grey ffs.
It does, however the Rumion platform starts at almost $18k now, and shares little with the initial xA xB lineup. The 2.4L camry motor is not the most 'entry level' either. Those extra few feet of wheelbase make it less of a compact, and more of a SUV.
Bring back the small entry level hatch. Scion's appeal was style and dependability for cheap. Give us a model that doesn't blend in, and goes for $12k. Import Kei cars, sell the iQ for cheaper, bring us the 2nd gen bB. Aside from the FR-S, the lineup is bland. (and the FR-S is far from entry level at $24K)
the xD is the closest thing to their roots, and it lacks the character of the original xB.
