True, but it's not Elon's style. He's very self sure, and would have gone for the tough battles first. A footing in Texas is a greater accomplishment than one in other states where auto sales groups don't take such an active role in greasing legislative palms.
Precedent. Wining over a tough lobbyist state such as Texas, would be noticed by legislatures and courts outside of the lone star state. If Musk had sharpened his claws in Texas and won, He could easily make the same case in other states, or make a stronger case at the federal level.
We need more music about cars. Period.
And with all my years doing questionable things to cars in the name of 'Customizing', I've never done one of these. (fist-pump)
Wow!
Obvious answer is obvious: BRAZIL 1- Tax fees over 100% in some cases; 2- a poor selection of cars (it's getting better, I must admit) 3- Overtaxed and overpriced gas 4- burocracy 5- many others. Just an example: Corolla 2014 in US - $16k starting price- considered a compact. Corolla 2014 in Brazil: 25K starting price…
I'd love to see a Pikes Peak run with it.
I wonder how fast you could loop NYC in that thing...
Driving with a purpose to get from a-to-b faster than a regular jack-off, on a public road, is reckless. Driving like that on a track is racing. A controlled closed environment makes the difference.
APD or GSP would catch you. You can ring it at 80 mph in traffic that moves that speed, but the minute you're over 65 and alone on the road, they'll decide you need a ticket. The right conditions to attempt a best lap will never exist (unless you want to Slow Lap like Raph).
Grow your beard longer. Like a man.
I was just explaining the little things that made me walk in a dealership and exclaim, "I want that one"
I'm that fool. Hands down it's one of the most simple cars made. It's and Ode to simplicity. Solid rear axle, vertically straight McPherson front suspension, Short wheel base, fwd fun. Toyota built this car to do two things, strike you with it's appearance, and to last. It's a cheap family car made small and an…
The Chevy s-10 Xtreme package as first designed to be an s-10 with the 5.3L V8... they were only ever produced with the 4.3L V6.
Constructive.
is there a video available at regular speed? From what I can tell he's not really going... wait, I just got the the 16 minute mark, this is stupid...
The 1st gen body style is, and I've heard there won't be a 2015 of the current model.
